thought watching practice meme (1).jpg

This 15-minute practice guides you through a practice of visualizing and watching your own thoughts. Without judgement or criticism, being able to step back and see, but not BE your thoughts, you can find your way to ground in the center of yourself - which is more than your mind. It also allows an ability to view your mind without being consumed by the worry and chaos that often takes control of us. This allows us the ability to reclaim balance within our own thought process.

*Consult your own physician or mental health care clinician prior to listening if you have any contraindictions or medical/mental health issues which might be negatively impacted by a breathing practice.
