AN INTRODUCTION TO THE Q'ERO PAQO LINEAGE

This is an introduction to the Q'ero Paqo Andean mountain cosmology + medicine rooted in the Kiko territory of the Q'ero Nation (Peru). The following interview is with Beti Tuero, Andean Cosmovision teacher, artist, and coordinator of Paqo education + initiation with the Apaza family lineage at the Inca Medicine School in Cusco, Peru.

We explore the Paqo orientation to the Andean world and the core dimensions of this specific tradition of ancestral wisdom. It is one among many lineages in the Trans-Andean experience - one profoundly important in my own Andean Indigenous healer journey.
