I've even tried to boost my Testosterone by using T-Amp, but that can't always increase Testosterone levels, so if I feel low or my health is just fine, by all means use a testosterone booster. At least that way it's easier to come back to a lower, healthier testosterone level (since it's easy to fall back into the older levels from having had a bad day and you're trying to get your T to where you want it).
